b. You must be an employee of or volunteer for an organisation based on the QEII Medical Centre site to use the car pooling register.
c. By registering, you guarantee either that
i. you are registering yourself and that you agree to be bound by these terms or
ii. if you are registering on someone else’s behalf, that you have that person’s permission to do so, you have made that person aware of these terms and you agree to these terms on their behalf.
d. We provide the car pooling register to you subject to the following terms, which may be updated occasionally at our discretion without notice to you. The most current version of these terms will always be on this page of the website and will supersede all previous versions. There will always be a link to the most current terms on the home page. By continuing to use, visit, or browse our website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.
e. These terms contain the entire agreement between us regarding all the subjects we covered by these terms.
f. We reserve the right to edit or remove your entry from the car pooling register.
2. The services we provide to you
a. We provide a website that enables employees and volunteers of the organisations based on the QEII Medical Centre site to find people to travel to work with. Drivers can offer lifts and passengers can find drivers that are prepared to offer lifts.
b. We provide you with your own account, using your work email address and a password that you choose yourself. If you do not have a work email address, you can arrange to use an alternative email address once we have checked your identity.
c. We will do our utmost to preserve your privacy. However, as this website is hosted outside of the hospital intranet, you should use the site with the same caution you would any internet site. Click here to see our full Privacy Policy.

3. What we do not provide
a. We do not carry out checks on people that register on the website, so you must use caution when choosing a travelling companion.
b. We do not monitor or review entries on the car pooling register. Please contact us if you find an entry on the register that concerns or offends you.

c. We take no responsibility for entries on the register, but reserve the right to remove or edit any entries as we see fit.
d. We do not agree to provide this service forever. We may change or discontinue the service at any time without notice to you.
